By assembling all 5 pieces of Exodia from your hand or Deck, or having them on the field, you can Summon a powerful new “Exodia” Fusion Monster. This monster boasts immunity to destruction by card effects and gains Attack Points equal to your current Life Points each turn.

The power of Exodia knows no bounds, as this Fusion monster can cancel 1 Spell or Trap activation per turn for free and fetch Exodia-themed Spell/Trap cards from your Deck, also for free. Embracing the ancient ways of combat seen in Ancient Egypt, “The Infinite Forbidden” introduces a new theme that mirrors summoning monsters from stone tablets. Initially played as Spell Cards, these “tablet” monsters can be infused with your Life Points to Special Summon them to the field, bypassing the need for a Normal Summon.
