Preorders allow customers to reserve and purchase products before they become available for general sale.
By preordering, customers secure their place in line to receive the product once it is released.
Products are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until stock runs out.
The total allocation of products is based on the estimated supplies from the manufacturer.
If the actual supplies differ from the manufacturer’s estimates, some orders may be canceled or reduced in quantity.
In such cases, any funds already paid will be refunded accordingly.
If there are any changes to your preorder due to allocation issues, you will be notified via email.
We will provide you with options to either adjust your order or receive a refund.
All pre-sale orders are shipped on release date. If you are eager to receive your package early we recommend choosing the Priority option at the checkout. For 10.00€ you will be included in the priority list which will allow you to see your package shipped 1/2 days in advance of the release date. If you leave in Italy 1 day prior is enough to receive your shipment on release date, if you leave in Europe we make our best to ship your product in the days prior to let you receive it on release date.
In this way you have an excellent chance of receiving your package on the same day as it leaves or certainly of shortening delivery times.
* If it is not possible to carry out the service due to delays beyond our control, we will refund you 100% of the amount.
If the shipment is visibly damaged upon delivery, please “accept it with reserve” by communicating this to the courier driver. In this way you will be able to check the conditions of the contents and, if necessary, it is possible to claim for a compensation from the courier for the damage caused.
In the event that the shipment has not been accepted with reservation and is damaged, please write to us and we will look for an appropriate solution together to resolve the problem.
The return is very simple, just send a return request by opening a support ticket and indicating the order number you want to return within 30 days from the delivery date. The return shipping costs are at our expense if we have made a mistake in sending, vice versa if it was an afterthought.
The products must be returned exactly as received, without opening or tampering with them. We will not be able to offer a refund if you return the products in a different condition.
From Monday to Friday; Saturdays and Sundays are excluded as the couriers rest.
For Italy, BRT provides a “Change delivery date” service directly on the link we provide for tracking, just click on it and reschedule the delivery as you wish.
The same goes for DPD, on the site you can find the option to choose when to have the delivery take place.
If the courier was unable to deliver the package (especially abroad), a message such as “Incorrect address” or “We were unable to deliver your package…” should appear in the tracking code.
In this case please contact us via support ticket so we can unlock the stock and have the package delivered.
If you are an Italian customer the courier will deliver your order in 24 hours, if you live in a disadvantaged area or on the islands it will take 48 hours for the package to be delivered to you.
If you are a customer outside Italy, DPD will deliver your package throughout Europe within 5 working days from the day of dispatch.
If you need a quick shipment to Europe we can use “DHL express” that can deliver your shipment in 24h in all Europe. For this option please write us an email at info@4xtrading.eu we will give you a quotation based on your order’s weight.
– Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express.
– Bank Transfer: Payment must be received within 7 working days. You will receive all instructions by email after placing your order. If payment is not received within this deadline, we will cancel the order.
– Paypal: you can choose this payment to have also Paypal protection on purchases and also to be eligible for 3 rates payment with no interests. Check it out at the checkout.

If the code we gave you is still not registered it means that we are still prepearing your shipment. After our shipment confirmation please wait at least 1 working day before write us, if you can’t display any tracking update on the shipment.
